Party Chief
The primary function of the Party Chief is checking the accuracy of the survey party’s work, making accurate measurements, and solving survey problems. Candidate must be responsible, motivated, and possess strong technical and communications skills.
Requirements:
Associates Degree or High School Diploma with two to three years construction/boundary surveys and GPS experience is preferred. Must haveknowledge of field calculations, data collecting software and data transfer programs. Must have a Valid Drivers License, Good Driving Record, Drug Test required, experience with TDS and/or SMI Data Collection, and experience in performing Boundary, Topographic, and ALTA surveys.
Working Conditions:
Party Chief positions are outdoor positions, 6- to 10-hour days and 5-day work weeks, overtime sometimes necessary, mostly local work in the Lincoln and Omaha area.
