We have successfully completed site analysis and design projects ranging in scale from one acre up to 600 acres. These developments include complex adjacent public improvements as well as various municipal projects and commercial and retail developments serving communities throughout the Midwest. In addition to the civil engineering team, EDC uses a highly trained surveying team, which not only uses GPS and Total Station equipment, but has the experience to use the most appropriate technology for each project.
